Audio Obscura: Sunset – Charity livestreams

Audio Obscura are Dutch organization promoting and hosting underground electronic music events. Typically these events happens in historic venues, as you may have seen during ADE, but right now it is a series of live broadcast performances from their home base venue in A’DAM Tower, The Loft. This is event is fudnrastng for World Health Organization (WHO) COVID-19 Solidarity Response and assist their strenuous work in combatting the coronavirus.

Elderbrook live stream

UK’s Alexander Kotz, aka Elderbrook, will be doing a live stream everyday to help everyone through the Quarantine period. Like many of us Kotz is bored at home and already shared some funny suggestions on how to occupy your time while self-isolating on Twitter. A part of this daily entertainment is him performing live from his living room daily.

elrow HOME SESSIONS #stayathome

elrow is an award-winning experiential event concept and party series founded in 2010 by Cruz and Juan Arnau Lasierra. The goal here is to bring music from resident artists and friends into the fans living rooms. Next Sunday the virtual party host will be Viviana Casanova, Chilean artists spinning a mix of deep, tech-house, and techno with a touch of hip hop.

URGNT, multiple dates

A music movement founded by Mark Marczyk from Toronto’s Lemon Bucket Orkestra. It is a live streamed concert series with local artists performing in now-empty venues, seeking to aid those in the industry during the COVID-19 crisis, funded through a the GoFundMe campaign. Currently the following artists are confirmed: Soprano songstress Measha Brueggergosman, Mexican singer-songwriter Quique Escamilla, JUNO Award-winning Indigenous blues duo Digging Roots, indie rockers Moscow Apartment, DJ/Producer/Turntablist extraordinaire Skratch Bastid, Filipino-Canadian lyricist Han Han, Cuban soul artists Okan, JUNO Award-winning Allison Au Quartet, chamber music ensemble Gryphon Trio and Lemon Bucket Orkestra.

Monday, March 23: Moscow Apartment at Antikka Café & Records – time TBC
