Fono Festival returns to Quebec City for a second edition

Québec City’s newest festival, Fono, returns for its second edition from September 11th to 13th. Created by BLEUFEU, the team that organises the successful annual FEQ. Fono is on its way to becoming an annual must-attend festival in Québec.
The event will bring over fifty local and international artists, including heavy hitters like Charlie Puth, Charlotte Cardin, and Galantis.
“We’re proud to feature over 50 artists and introduce new experiences, such as the Forêt électro, an immersive space dedicated to electronic music. The redesign of the Boisé Coors Light and Laboratoire Kepler Gin stages, now side by side, will elevate the experience with enhanced production and high-calibre performances away from the Beneva Main Stage. For that stage, we focused on strong names: Quebec’s favourite Charlotte Cardin, global pop star Charlie Puth, and the Swedish duo Galantis, who will launch Fono’s very first electro night,” says Louis Bellavance, Vice President of Content and Artistic Direction at BLEUFEU.
The festival will also be paired with two days of a conference at Pavillon Desjardins. And while the festival grounds will close at 11 PM the party will continue with Extras Fono at the Pub universitaire, where the music will go on till 1 AM.
